Current design commitments
Public pages use semantic headings and landmarks, a skip link, visible keyboard focus, readable contrast, comfortable line lengths and touch targets intended to be large enough for mobile use. Interactive controls are designed for keyboard use. Motion is reduced or removed when a device requests reduced motion.
Stories, images and audio
Story pages use restrained reading widths. Images will require meaningful alternative text where appropriate. If narration or video is introduced later, captions and transcripts must be planned with the service rather than promised after the fact.
Language
The current experience is in English. French and contributor-requested translation are future possibilities, not operating services. Automated translation must not silently alter a contributor’s approved public version.
Tell us about a barrier
A public accessibility contact is not yet available. It must be established before launch so a person can report a barrier and receive a human response. This page does not claim formal WCAG conformance or completed third-party certification.
